ARCHIVE: Willow Creek - The Penelope Motel

I know the photos are a bit dark, but when I think old dingy motel I just can't picture it if it's not at night! There's no real recommended build location for this motel. I have it on Oasis Springs for now, close to the Abandoned Bedrock neighborhood but I might move it.
10/10/20 - That date! I moved it! I also gave it a facelift and made it a bit smaller. The rooms are now the same (like in a motel) and it has a little bit more of a nasty vibe coming. Sadly the pool's gone. All the lots from the aforementioned Abandoned Bedrock release have been transferred to Willow Creek, you can check where to put them in the map below.
