May Mod 3 - Weapons of Tall Tales Rebuild

I'd made others before based on other people's work or porting Oblivion mods, but this little weapons mod was the first one. I decided to give it a complete overhaul/rebuild when I realized it'd been 10 years since I made it.
It took longer than you might expect, but now it's done, and I think it came out well. Probably. I'm not exactly a weapons mod veteran, so it's probably still middle of the road. At least they have cool stories still!
