Commission List Update

Hopefully, this list, except the on-going project will be cleared within the next 2 weeks. Sadly the last 4 commissions i've finally finished recently were totally private which is gutting to me because that's not what I'm all about. However, the final few commissioners are much greater than that so expect to see these shortly.
