Arya is a Breton. It's better if you use a .jslot, and make sure to install High Poly Vanilla Hair: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/105349
or you'll have to adjust the vanilla hair/any other hairstyle manually. Which isn't terrible of course, and in any case you can use any hairstyle you want (obviously).

I don't guarantee work in SE unless I provide the specific files for it. However, she works as intended from what I see. She doesn't look like on the screenshots (even the vanilla lighting no ENB ones) because SE lighting sucks. I don't do SE for this reason, I've only seen one good SE lighting setup and idk what magic was that. So, she works and looks as intended; try to change your lighting mods.
