Kaguya-sama: Love is War. suuuuper popular and for good reason, a very funny rom-com where the dub is ARGUABLY better than the sub, but both are fantastic. if you think you might be interested then watch the first episode (both sub and dub if you have the time, idk which you prefer). the anime is ongoing, but is nearing the end I think. I know you have sooo many shows you're already reacting to, but if you think a change of pace with romance would keep things fresh then I think you would have some great reactions to this anime. i think the humor is something you would have a lot of fun with and thank you for reacting to this series! it was a bunch of fun rewatching the show with you reacting to it, it's been a couple years since I first saw it so it was nice to catch up

2024-05-15 05:07:36 +0000 UTCDefinitely recommend the original. The original's story is completely different from the Fifth Laboratory arc onwards. But it also takes longer to reach that point. Brotherhood rushes through a lot of stuff from the early part of the story. So you'll get to spend more time with characters like Hughes and Lust in the original. Nothing beats all the full circle moments and the epic-ness of Brotherhood's finale but the original also has its own full circle moments and it really works with the themes of the show.

2024-05-14 02:01:56 +0000 UTCcopying my comment from all the way back on episode 2: One of the scenes in this episode reminded me of the FMA: Brotherhood bloopers, its a 15 minute video (you can easily find on youtube) where the voice actors are having fun messing around with their lines.
