I mean to be fair... Jessie could actually have been hiding that cage in her back pocket, she keeps Arbok and Wobbuffet in her back pocket. I actually rather like bayleef's design, for some reason there's like a vocal group of people who really don't like Chikorita and its evolution line, but I don't get the problem with it, I've always thought it was a good set of designs for a starter Pokemon.
