She seems to have been there a bit longer (and used her seniority to harass Arya a bit), but she's probably not one of the Faceless Men. They don't seem to be emotional, like she was. Nor do they fail to kill who is set to die. She seems to have relished in parading the skills her training gave her instead of just killing Arya in the most efficient way, completely detached, as is the way of the Faceless Men.
