Looking at what Hancock did to that Kuma, you can clearly see that Luffy is VERY lucky she didn't decide to fight him herself back before her crush. She would have completely demolished him.

Taking all those attacks after a magma blast to the chest, then a bazooka to the face, smoke surrounding his head and he blows an army away with one attack. That Whitebeard scene is epic.

Remember when you thought that Squard had taken Whitebeard out with that sword in his gut? Also, just a reminder that Roger was King of the Pirates. Why is that important right now? Look how strong and how much of a badass Whitebeard is in his sickly old age. Roger had to have been stronger than Whitebeard in his prime. That's a pretty damn high bar for Luffy to reach to become King.

Definitely one of many episodes I've been waiting for in this arc! Coby fighting to strengthen his resolve. Whitebeard in trouble? Not with small wounds like that! And of course our boy saving Ace with his haki!

Man if you ever get a bit of free time I recommend you check out the war in the manga...its more insane than the anime in my opinion..especially the whitebeard scenes

Whitebeard is the literal definition of a tank, this guy takes cannonballs to the face at point blank and gets back up. If I were a navy soldier there id get the hell out of there immediately 😂

I swear, every time I watch this, when Luffy yells "Don't do it!!" and lets off the Conqueror's Haki, I immediately get chills! This is one of my favorite scenes from this whole show!
