Bakugou aiming a blast at Todoroki isn't really anymore fucked up than Todoroki intentionally freezing the robots off balance so that they would collapse on anyone that tried to follow him. Like they said, if someone other than Kirishima and Tetsutetsu had been trapped under the debris, they might have died.
