2020-08-19 16:43:22 +0000 UTCnot 100 about it, but i believe that its called a .5 cause some Japanese anime like Kuroko get TV rights of 25 episodes per season, like with TV shows when the network tells them how many episodes they are allowed. So for the official release they didnt register that episode but instead registered it as an OVA/ Bonus feature as a loophole.
