This is Saltine! a project done for Noise, who wanted a design for character they had in mind, with lots of mechanical parts, like a synthetic organism, with glows coming from within.
A little bit apart from my usually "cute" stuff, but I honestly enjoy so much to work with these tiny details and mechanical aesthetics.

So, this month was super crazy , super interesting and super enlightening!
The theme was blur or out of focus, mostly to understand how a picture can be finished with things that are out of focus. In the end, one can notice that the stuff at focus holds a lot of attention, AND what is left out of focus, serves as part of a story, and also, helps a lot with composition....

This was such a fun and entertaining project! I think I'm loving this one mostly due to the strong focus I had with the body. Since its a body pillow, the only thing you can use to convey an emotion is the body itself, which translates in total sexyness hahaha.

A fun little picture for my duck helper!
Did some changes from the initial roughs, mostly due to the angle:
I super adored working with this image! The strong focus on the pose and how the character is enjoying the moment makes it a very straight-forward illustration, and gave me the chance to focus on the way he is lying, as well as adding some nice paw details here and there, without overwhelming the whole composition.
