No really! I'm doing lots of VR research at work, this means I got my hands on one of the new Max-Q laptops, the MSI G63VR. As I say in the main article there's surprisingly little info on this laptop out there, so thought I'd write down some stuff. You might find it interesting.

Chops is a strange beast, but I've had a bit of a breakthrough over the weekend, so here I am at 2:20am on a Sunday writing and capturing gifs like a mad thing.

After listening to Ian Failes on the VRay podcast extol the virtues of social media (and realising people might not be aware of when I update the site), I've setup a twitter account. The plan is to only use it for updates, I can't allow myself to get sucked into social media madness too much, I'm distracted enough as is. :)

Lego Batman is out! Go see it lots of times and buy lots of Lego! Consuuuume! It was great fun to work on, and it forced me to learn bits of Houdini I wouldn't have touched otherwise (all my DOPs notes are thanks to TLBM), so the selling of Lego bricks can be directly linked to wiki gifs and hips. Thanks Lego! Thanks WB!
