Hey! Today we've got a poll to add a new emote into the private GB Discord server. This time, I'm thinking we'll add a cute object rather than a character! We could go with something iconic from the OL series. Things like money and a pretzel and bikes and acorns are already options, so it's staying to the really specific things.

In Step 2, you will automatically have some school classes with the Qiu and Tamarack. But the leads who are in your homeroom are random! You might not have your buddy there with you just 'cause you're house neighbors. Don't worry, that won't make you lose many interactions. It's just another little touch that adds variety to different playthroughs.

The local thrift store is finished in its secondhand glory! Step 1 still needs a handful of background alterations, but this is the final location that is completely new. That whole period is nearly finished from top to bottom (excluding potential player suggestions and such).

I don't normally update on Tuesdays, but today is the first day we're starting a new type of post. On the 10th and 20th of each month, our community manager, Claire, is gonna upload little video clips of scenes from the game!

Last month's beta build launched with more than new scenes. One of the updates was an overhaul of the preference settings! Shawna gave the options more space and added a tooltip section to explain what each slider/button does. (There's not much in the audio section for now, Shawna has left room for voice acting related sliders to come later.)
