Line of Duty is Ludicrous (but should I watch more?)

Listen, Line of Duty is quite grim, but also unintentionally hilarious, and I wish to know if anyone can tell me how ludicrous it gets :D

I cannot stand live service nonsense in games. I get that it's good for some genres, but Hogwarts Legacy 2? Come on now, maybe as an option for online multiplayer Quidditch, but if the core game requires a subscription I am out, I'm not spending my money on that :D

It's Not a Fantasy Novel Without A MAP

I am currently in the process of getting the hardcover version of Just Stab Me Now typeset (don't get your hopes up, I haven't even thought about cover design yet, it's going to be 2025 at the earliest). But I thought it would be nice to include a version of the hand drawn map that I, much like Caroline, was forced to draw in order to make some sense of geography.

After more work than either my audio engineer or I would care to recall, may I present chapter 1 of Just Stab Me Now. Is it perfect? No. Am I happy with it? Yes. Am I glad to be VERY VERY NEARLY DONE?

I can't even tell you how happy I am about that. The joy I am experiencing right now is quite something. I have to check all the other chapters, but I'm hoping that won't be too onerous now...

I may have been overly optimistic about the audiobook being finished soon, as my microphone has just broken. We think.

I have ordered a new one, which should be with me on Monday, but my audio engineer and I have spent the last week going “what is wrong with the settings that everything I record sounds totally different now????!?!?!!!!1eleven?!”
