So breathless today! Some days, it's really hard for me to talk without pausing upright in my wheelchair and while I am going out and about on a walk around the neighborhood because I drive my wheelchair with my mouth using a sip and puff.

It's tricky navigating when I control my chair with my mouth.… nevertheless I do it quite well. This is my favorite form of therapy by far. I imagine what it will be like when I get home to Washington state and can spend hours in nature in the rain on trails...

I know some people who are paralyzed who do not have for whatever reason, Insurance related etc. A chair like this. It makes a big difference because without it I wouldn't be able to do a morning routine sitting up and be able to take a shower.
